ARE LICKING MATS SAFE FOR DOGS AND CATS?
Yes, both cats and dogs have a natural urge to lick. It may take a few times before your pet takes to a licking mat. Be sure to always supervise pets while using lick mats or any pet enrichment toy. CAN I PUT MY LICKING MAT IN THE FREEZER?

Proper fit of the collar is important! A collar worn for too long or made too tight on the pet\'s neck may cause skin damage. The receiver collar should fit snugly yet be sufficiently loose to allow one finger to fit between the strap and your pet’s neck.
Please make sure to use the conductive silicone set, this will protect the dog\'s skin to a certain extent, but it does not affect the electric shock function.
Avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 12 hours per day. If possible, reposition the collar on the pet\'s neck every 1 to 2 hours.
