How to Edit or Cancel Your Order:
To edit your order, call one of our helpful Customer Care Specialists at +1-305-434-0019.
Orders can be edited up to 30 minutes after the order has been placed. Order edits include:
⦁    Cancel the entire order.
⦁    Cancel an item(s) on the order.
⦁    Cancel personalization or gift boxing on the order.
⦁    Add a promotion code only if one was not used on the original order.
No edits can be made to any order submitted at 8 PM CST through 7 AM CST.

PayPal or International orders:  
⦁    We can only cancel the entire order. 
⦁    We are unable to make any other edits to PayPal or International orders.

Back-ordered Items
We try our best to have enough inventory available for our customers, but occasionally we underestimate the popularity of an item. Most often we can reserve the item for you on backorder.
⦁    Back-ordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available, at no extra cost to you, via standard shipping (the original shipping dates will still apply to any other items in your order).
⦁    You can review the status of the back-ordered item from your personal shipping account by clicking on "Order History & Tracking."
⦁    If you do not find the information you need, contact us via email, or phone for assistance.

Why has my backorder date changed?
There are times when shipment of back-ordered products is unexpectedly delayed by our vendors. When this happens, we will send you an email indicating which item has been delayed and its new estimated shipping date. If the new shipping date is unacceptable to you, you may cancel the back-ordered item.

Can I cancel the order?
As long as the backorder has not yet shipped, you can cancel the item.
You will need to contact us via e-mail or call +1 305-434-0019 to cancel the back order. Please provide us with your order number and/or name, address and zip code and the item you wish to cancel.

Return/Exchange Process
Please visit our return policy for information on making a return or exchange.

Exchanges are handled by processing a credit for the returned item, then reordering and billing the new item.
If you need to return an item(s) and want to re-order the same item(s) in a different size or color, please call +1 305-434-0019 to place your re-order with one of our Customer Care Specialists for Free Standard Shipping on your re-order.
Note: $9.95 will be deducted from the refund credit for the use of the Easy Return Label.

How to Track Your Order from Your Personal Shopping Account
If you don’t have your order number, sign into your personal shopping account to view your order history and tracking.
Click on Order History & Tracking, then click on Order Details on the order you wish to track and click Track Order.  

⦁    If you are unable to track your order or find your order number, get in touch by e-mail: support@djuman-j.com or call one of our helpful Customer Care Specialists on +1 305-434-0019.
 Note: Please allow 1 business day after receiving "Your Order Has Shipped" email notification for tracking to activate.

How to Access Your Order History
Sign in to your personal shopping account and click “Order History & Tracking”. To view past orders, select a date or order number.
Note: Your Order History only includes orders you placed while logged into your shopping account. 

⦁    Orders placed as guests are not shown in your Order History.
