Returns Policy

⦁    Return Window: Most items may be returned within 15 days of the shipping date.
⦁    Refund Method: Eligible returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, when available.
⦁    Proof of Purchase: Valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns without proof of purchase are not refundable.
⦁    Merchandise Credit Option: If your return qualifies, you may choose to receive merchandise credit instead of a refund. Merchandise credit returns are processed free of charge.
⦁    Shipping charges applied to the original order are non refundable.
⦁    A $9.95 return processing fee will be deducted from refunds unless merchandise credit is selected.
⦁    Products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
⦁    Food items and face masks are for the final sale and cannot be returned.
⦁    Scrubs worn outside the home may only be returned with prior approval from Customer Care.
⦁    Duties, used products, or incomplete items (e.g., missing pieces) are not refundable.
⦁    Branded merchandise or products not purchased directly from DJUMAN-J are not eligible for return.
⦁    Items sent to us outside the terms of this policy will not be refunded and will not be returned to sender.

Proof of Purchase
⦁    Shipment notification emails or order numbers from DJUMAN-J LLC serve as proof of purchase.
⦁    Emails or receipts from other retailers are not valid.
⦁    If you no longer have your order number, contact Customer Care at +1 3054340019.

Return Methods
Online return 
⦁    Visit our Return Page to access the portal.
⦁    Provide your order number and shipping ZIP code.
⦁    Choose either:
i.    Box Free Drop Off: Receive a QR code, drop off items at a nearby location, and refunds are typically processed within 4–5 business days after validation.
ii.    USPS Drop Off: Print a mailing label, ship via USPS, and track your return.

Shipper of Your Choice
⦁    Securely package your return and include order number, name, address, phone number, items, and reason for return.

⦁    Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Reorders
Returned items are credited once processed within 4–5 business days after validation.
⦁    Shipping charges for the original order are not refunded.
⦁    To reorder in a different size or color, call +1 305-434-0019 for assistance. Free Standard Shipping applies to exchange orders.

Oversized Items
⦁    A minimum $25 return fee applies to oversized items. Fees may vary based on size and weight.

Price Adjustments
⦁    If an item purchased from https://www.djuman-j.com is reduced in price within 7 days of purchase, a onetime price adjustment may be requested.
⦁    Exclusions: “On the Counter,” “Last Chance,” and “Final Sale” items.
⦁    Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after validation.

Connecticut Residents
Under Connecticut law and Department of Revenue Services (DRS) guidance:
⦁    Sales Tax Refunds: When a taxable item is returned within 30 days of the purchase date, customers are entitled to a refund of the sales tax paid on the original purchase.
⦁    Proof Required: Customers must present a valid sales receipt showing the purchase date and the tax paid.
⦁    Refund Calculation: The refund is based on the portion of the purchase price returned to the customer.
⦁    Retailer Reporting: Retailers exclude refunded amounts from taxable gross receipts when goods are returned within the 30day limit.
⦁    Limitations:
i.    Returns made after 15 days are not eligible for a sales tax refund.
ii.    Returns made without a receipt are not eligible for a sales tax refund.

International Returns
⦁    Eligible returns outside the U.S. and Canada must be initiated via the online return portal.
⦁    Returns must be received within 30 days of shipment.
⦁    Refunds are issued to the original form of payment with proof of purchase.

Exchanges are handled by processing a credit for the returned item, then reordering and billing the new item.
If you need to return an item(s) and want to re-order the same item(s) in a different size or color, please call +1 305-434-0019 to place your re-order with one of our Customer Care Specialists for Free Standard Shipping on your re-order.
Note: $9.95 will be deducted from the refund credit for the use of the Easy Return Label.
